To register on our web site you have to be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.

If you register to use our web site you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.
All prices shown on this website include VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice.
Placing an order
To place an order via this website. If you need help with placing an order on the website please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.
Online orders may be placed at anytime but processing will only take place during our opening hours 11.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
All orders may be paid for using Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards with online orders being processed via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use Paypal. If you prefer to pay on collection you may do so.
Items are usually sent using Post Office Special Delivery at a charge of £6.00 (Mainland UK only). We reserve the right to change this if required but you will be notified before despatch if this is the case.
You may cancel the Contract and receive a refund, if you notify us (as set out in the third paragraph below) within 30 days of acceptance of the goods.
However, we regret that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Orders for personalised and/or bespoke Items such as but not limited to resized rings, or alterations of any kind engraved items etc. cannot be cancelled once the work has been started.
To cancel the Contract, you must contact us by phone or email to obtain a cancellation/return authorisation code to complete the return form enclosed with your Goods on delivery. If you are emailing us or writing to us, please include details of your order to help us to identify it.
If you have returned the Goods to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Goods on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
If Goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the Contract then you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. Please see the return form enclosed with your Goods for our returns address and how to contact us for a return authorisation code.
Product Descriptions and Colours
While we try to represent the colours of our jewellery as accurately as possible, due to technical limitations of the internet/computer equipment we cannot guarantee that the jewellery you receive will look exactly as the images on the site.
We have tried to represent the goods displayed on this website as accurately as possible however all descriptions weights and measurements are given as a guide and no guarantee or representation is made as to their accuracy.
We try very hard to provide an excellent service but if you wish to complain please contact us by telephone, email or letter using the details at the top of this page.
